Around 200 staff work at BPW Fahrzeugtechnik in Paderborn. We are a traditional, medium-sized company with an 80-year history.
We have a clear structure and flat hierarchy, enjoy short decision-making processes, can act rapidly and are a strong community. Our staff benefit from this.
Although we work independently at our Paderborn site, we may also take advantage of the group structure, because BPW Fahrzeugtechnik is a member of the BPW Group, which employs around 5,000 people worldwide.
